Stress is a never ending occurrence in our lives that happens when your body is trying to react to a hostile situation. This situation could be that you are overwhelmed with tasks or have put yourself in a bad situation that you cannot get out of or think you cannot get out of. This could be anything from debt to an algebra test. One way to battle stress is to prioritize your tasks and do the most urgent or important first so they don't hang over your head. Also you should occasionally take breaks from your work to clear your head. These simple strategies could make your life a lot easier.
